Shipping policy

Orders will be shipped in 2-4 WORKING DAYS. Working Days EXCLUDE weekends. If you order after 6pm, that counts as the next working day. Orders are NOT shipped or delivered on weekends or local public holidays. Orders are shipped via Royal Mail.

Please note that it is the customers responsibility to pay import taxes. We are unable to control nor predict the amount, this may vary. Customers from the UK will not incur import duties as it is within the same country.

 

DELAYS

Sapelle is not responsible for unexpected shipping delays caused by external circumstances which may delay the delivery of your order (clearance delays, customs and tax etc).
